The ticket will only be accessible on your mobile phone or smartphone via the EVENTIM.App.

At the venue, you must present your smartphone with the ticket(s) so that the purchased tickets can be scanned.
You can forward the tickets to friends and acquaintances using the forwarding feature. Generate and share a link using the EVENTIM.App—as soon as the recipient activates the link in the app, the ticket is transferred and changes hands.
Please make sure your smartphone is sufficiently charged. We recommend retrieving the tickets once before you head to the event venue. Once the tickets have been retrieved, they are also available offline.
The transfer or resale of the ticket is only possible via fanSALE.
In addition, a designated help desk (troubleshooting) will be available on-site to address questions and issues regarding digital ticketing. It is located at the South Entrance, near Gate 4 in the left ticket booth area of the stadium.
