Accessibility

Meeting Point & Awareness Team & Services for Guests with Disabilities

During the event, a trained Awareness Team will be on site; you can contact them at any time if you have questions, concerns, or need assistance. If you witness or experience a critical incident, the Awareness Team will, of course, be there to support you and advocate on your behalf. We appreciate every report and take all reports seriously.

You can find the Awareness Team as follows:

  • At the Meeting Point near the East Gate entrance (see map)
  • On the move and recognizable by their white vests
  • Available at any time through security

Proof of Disability

Our accessibility services are primarily designed for people with disabilities who hold a severe disability ID card. We are aware that there are also many people who do not (yet) have official or medical documentation of their disability and/or chronic illness, or who otherwise rely on accessible solutions.

If this applies to you, please contact us and we are sure to find a suitable solution for your needs: barrierefrei@fkpscorpio.com

Pregnant Women and Temporary Injuries

If you are at least 8 months pregnant or have a temporary injury at the time of the concert, we will do our best to provide you with a seat in the accessible seating areas. Please note that if the venue is very crowded, you may not be able to bring a companion into this area.
Please contact the Meeting Point on-site.

You may not bring your own stools or other seating.
Thank you for your understanding.

We ask that you independently assess, before attending the concert, whether attending under the given conditions is reasonable for you from a health and physical standpoint.

Notifying Security About Medications

If you are carrying medication or medical aids, please inform security upon entry. Not everyone is familiar with this topic.
If you have diabetes, you may, of course, bring your insulin pen onto the grounds. Our medical tent is available to provide you with medical care. Medications such as asthma inhalers, headache pills, and allergy medication do NOT need to be declared. For prescription medications that fall under the Narcotics Act (cannabis or addiction treatment medications), please bring a prescription from your treating physician.

Assistance Dogs

Certified assistance dogs and guide dogs are welcome.
For safety reasons, however, they are not permitted in the area in front of the stages. We will find you a suitable seat if your original seat is not appropriate.

Tickets & Companions

The “Wheelchair Ticket” and “B on ID” categories are completely sold out. If you are a wheelchair user who booked a regular ticket during advance sales, please contact us in advance at: barrierefrei@fkpscorpio.com

Visitors with disabilities (as evidenced by a disability ID card or a “B” designation on their driver’s license) may bring one companion free of charge. An extra ticket or prior registration is not required. Please note that your free companion can only check in with you.

Accessible Travel

Public Transportation
The Olympiastadion is accessible via the BVG public transit system through the Olympiastadion subway station and the Olympiastadion S-Bahn station. Both stations have elevators. Please check the current availability of the elevators well in advance at: https://www.brokenlifts.org/

Parking Spaces for People with Disabilities

Parking lot PO4 is located near the accessible entrance at Osttor / Olympischer Platz (access via Trakehner Allee 6, 14053 Berlin). There are parking spaces for people with disabilities available free of charge.

To use these spaces, place your blue disability parking permit behind the windshield or show your ID with the “B” designation to the staff member upon entry. Also, have your concert ticket ready for inspection.  The vehicle owner does not have to be the person with a disability. Many parking spaces are available; however, the number is limited and parking is not guaranteed.

Accessible Entrance

The accessible entrance is located at the East Gate and is clearly signposted there. Wheelchair users, as well as people with other (temporary) disabilities, can use this entrance.
If you’re arriving as a group, all your friends can of course use this entrance as well. Please note that only your companion receives free admission, and everyone else must show their regular ticket.

Individual entry for companions is not permitted here.

Venue Information

Wheelchair-Accessible Environment

The routes to and around the Olympic Stadium can be challenging in some places due to cobblestone surfaces, slopes, and steps leading to the stadium concourse. If you need assistance with navigation, please feel free to contact the Meeting Point. Our Awareness Team is familiar with and oversees all accessible areas and can show you the easiest route to your seat.
If you encounter any barriers on site or need assistance, please feel free to contact the staff or go to the designated help desks.

Note: Due to the architectural design of the Olympic Stadium, the interior of the stadium is unfortunately not accessible to wheelchair users or those using walkers, as evacuation of these areas is not possible. We deeply regret this and thank you for your understanding.

Accessible Restrooms

There are several accessible, flush toilets on the grounds. In Block QR of the stadium, there is also an accessible restroom equipped with a care bed (“Restroom for Everyone”). If you notice any significant soiling, please report it immediately to the Awareness Team so we can address the issue quickly.

People with invisible disabilities are also welcome to use these restrooms. To avoid any awkward explanations, you can pick up a corresponding wristband at the meeting point.

Wheelchair Seating

Inside the stadium, wheelchair seating is located on the inner concourse in the East Curve (Sections Q, R, S, T) and in Section N, offering a great view of the stage. These areas are primarily accessible only with a “wheelchair ticket” (already sold out).

Note: Please be aware that you are not entitled to a seat that is kept free for you once you leave your seat. In the event of capacity constraints, only one companion is permitted. The Awareness Team and security staff are present in these areas at all times and are available to assist you.

Bringing a Walker

You are welcome to bring your walker.
For safety reasons, however, walkers may not be brought into the venue or the stands, nor may they be left there. We understand that this may pose a challenge for some walker users and regret this restriction.

If you only need a walker for certain sections of the route, you can drop it off at the baggage check area in front of the entrances (outside the stadium, before the ticket scan) for a fee and pick it up again after the event.

If you need your rollator on the premises, please contact the Meeting Point on site.

Bringing Your Own Food & Food Intolerances

Bringing your own food is not permitted.
There will be a small but excellent selection of vegan and gluten-free food available on site.

If you have a verifiable chronic condition (e.g., documented with a celiac disease card), you may bring your own food.
Please note that the total size of the container must not exceed A4 size and must not be made of glass.

Awareness

A trained Awareness Team will be on site throughout the entire event; you can contact them at any time if you have questions, concerns, or need support.

If you witness or experience a critical incident, the Awareness Team will, of course, be there to support you and advocate on your behalf.
We appreciate every report and take all reports seriously.

You can reach the Awareness Team as follows:

  • At the meeting point near the East Gate entrance (see map)
  • On foot and easily recognizable by their white vests
  • Via the hotline at 01573 879 5555 (phone/WhatsApp)
  • Available at any time through security

Individuals who exhibit violent behavior—whether physically or verbally aggressive—will be reported immediately to security.

What exactly do we mean by “awareness”?

For us, awareness means, first and foremost, sensitive and mindful event planning that takes different needs and perspectives into account.
As event organizers, we want to be attentive to the concerns of our audience and encourage the audience to treat one another with respect and care.
Large events, in particular, bring together many people with different needs and experiences. Sometimes situations arise in which someone feels uncomfortable, overwhelmed, or harassed—whether due to crowds, alcohol, discriminatory behavior, or personal boundary violations.
In such cases—in addition to security and medical staff—the Awareness Team is available to assist you. They support those affected, listen to their concerns, and work together to find an appropriate solution. No one has to deal with a problem alone!

To ensure that everyone feels safe and can celebrate with peace of mind, we need your help:

  • Look out for one another!
  • Respect others’ boundaries!
  • Offer help when it’s needed!
  • Don’t look the other way—report any serious incidents!
  • TOGETHER, WE’LL TAKE CARE OF IT!
Safety Guidelines / Prohibited Items

To ensure the safety of all concertgoers, strict security and preventive measures are required at our concerts.

Please leave backpacks, handbags larger than A4 size, and all large items (including umbrellas) at home or in your car! Laptops, tablets, professional cameras, and other devices for audio and video recording are also prohibited. Food, beverages, plastic bottles, glass bottles, and cans are also not permitted on the premises.

Age Restriction Information

Children under 6 years of age are not permitted.
Children and adolescents between the ages of 6 and 15 may enter only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Information on Volume and the Use of Strobe Effects

Please note that loud noise may occur at times during this event. To protect your hearing, we recommend that individuals with sensitive hearing, as well as children and adolescents, wear appropriate hearing protection.

In addition, strobe and other lighting effects will be used during the show. These may trigger health issues in sensitive individuals, particularly those with photosensitive epilepsy or other light-sensitive conditions.

Luggage storage

Luggage storage will be available on a limited basis. There is a fee for this service, and availability cannot be guaranteed due to limited capacity.

Recommendation: It’s best to leave your bags at home and bring only the essentials—this also helps reduce waste on the way to the concert venue and at the entrance.

Official merchandise

The official merchandise stands are located on the grounds of the Olympic Stadium.

Payment systems

The food stands accept only cashless payments (debit/credit cards, mobile payments).
