GENERAL INFORMATION
Before you read on, there are a number of things you need to do before you make your way to the show:
Make sure you plan your visit to Olympic Stadium Munich
Check the weather before you go and dress accordingly.
Leave plenty of time for your journey and plan ahead. The same for your return journey home.
Read all the information provided and take note of what you can and can’t do.
Large crowds are expected to attend each performance. Be aware of your surroundings and respectful to others.
The stadium will open at the following times on the following dates.

General Admission : 4:15 PM
Show Start: 6:15 PM
* VIP 1 It’s Been A Long Time Coming VIP 3 I Remember It All Too Well and VIP 6 We Never Go Out of Style VIP packages include Early Entry into the venue. All other VIP package classifications do not include Early Entry and will be allowed to enter at the GA and Hospitality door times referenced above.
All performances are sold out.
The Taylor Swift shows are digital tickets only, no paper tickets will be issued in advance. Please download your tickets in the Eventim.PASS app BEFORE you arrive at the stadium. The main purchaser should also bring the following documents, as we may ask for them in order to guarantee you access to the event:

In addition, designated "Help Desks" will be available on site at the North and South ticket offices to clarify questions and problems regarding digital ticketing.

Please make sure you’re not bringing anything you shouldn’t before arriving.
Everyone will be checked before entry.
You have the option of booking a local transport ticket free of charge. You will receive an email in good time before the event. Without this additional booking, free use of public transport is not possible. To ensure that your ticket is valid, please print it out beforehand.

Please note that children under the age of 6 are not permitted to enter the event grounds, even if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Young people under the age of 16 may only attend the concert if accompanied by a person with parental authority or person with parental authority at the concert. For this purpose, the parental authorization form (in accordance with Section 1 (1) No. 4 of the Youth Protection Act) must be completed in full and carried at the concert.
In Munich, young people aged 14 and over are allowed to attend a concert alone.
Loud music can damage hearing, so please ensure that children in particular wear ear protection.
In the Olympic Stadium you can pay in cash or with all major cards (except American Express).
We are looking forward to a concert under the best weather conditions. Please have a look at the weather forecast before coming to the arena. If its rainy, we recommend weatherproof clothing including rain capes or similar.
Please note that umbrellas (including toddlers!) are expressly forbidden and may not be carried onto the event site.

There are no drop off/pick up facilities near the Olympic Park. Please do not drive into the Olympic Park area to drop off or pick up people so as not to interfere with rescue, production and visitor traffic.
No. Overnight camping is not allowed. Please come to the stadium for doors!
This is not possible. The group with which you have decided to go to the concert must enter the stadium together. It is not possible to re-enter after leaving the stadium.
Children under the age of 6 are not admitted to the event.
Children between the ages of 6 and 14 may only be admitted if accompanied by a parent or guardian. An identification document must be carried.
You will find the first-aid team at the North Entrance and the South Entrance during admission.
During the event, there will be paramedics at the following locations:
You can recognize the paramedics by their red and yellow uniforms.
In an emergency, please call the police on 110 or the fire department on 112 and help will be directed to you.
Please pay attention to the signs in the Olympiapark. If you still need help, you can contact the security staff (blue vests).
Please go to one of the ticket Help Desks at the North and South ticket offices. They will help you with your ticket questions.
Olympiastadion operates a restricted bag policy. Each person can only bring one small bag into the stadium, and it must not be bigger than:
Height – 35 cm - Width – 30 cm - Depth – 20 cm
Bags that are half-full and folded over to reduce their size will not be accepted.
Anyone carrying bags that do not meet the criteria above will not be allowed into the stadium.
All posters or signs must be no bigger than A3 in size. Anything bigger is not permitted.

Yes Food & Beverages can be purchased.
No glass, hard plastic, or metal containers of any kind. You are permitted a clear, soft disposable plastic water bottle without a cap - no larger than 500 ml in capacity. This applies to those with seating tickets only. Anyone with a standing ticket will not be allowed to bring a bottle inside the stadium - cups will be provided.
No. Anyone without a ticket should not travel to Olympia Stadion. No one is allowed to stand outside any entrance or at the front of the stadium. Non ticket holders will be moved on.
No. Anyone hanging around outside the stadium will be moved on by security.
Official tour merchandise will be available at the Olympiapark and in the stadium itself.
