Anna von Hausswolff in a Swedish musician and composer who isknown for a stunning vocal range and captivating sound.
Von Hausswolff rose to critical and fan acclaim with the 2010 debut album Singing From The Grave. On following albums, the artist has ventured into the worlds of gothic pop, folk music, neoclassical, as well as drone and post-metal. The 2020 release All Thoughts Fly consists solely of compositions written for the church organ at Örgryte New Church in Gothenburg.
Over the course of the impressive career, von Hausswolff has also created music for films, theatre, and ballet productions, performed at the Nobel Banquet, and has collaborated musically with, among others, Yann Tiersen, and the bands Swans and Sunn O))).
